Home Once Again

I just got in a little while ago, got all the paper work done and here I sit in front of the computer. Read all the blogs I usually check on and now I'll post an update.
I'll be taking my Dodge dually out for awhile. I still don't have a driver for the blue truck and it needs a little work so I'll put it in the shop today. I'll need to put at least 1 radio in the dodge, so I can get APRS working. I also want to rotate the tires and check all the tire pressures. I'll be hauling huge porta-potties[http://andys-travels.blogspot.com/2004/11/here-are-2-trucks-that-i-run.html] to the golf course in Hallandale, Florida from Ellenton,Florida. I'll have around 10 or 12 of them to move. If I get everything done today and I don't have anything else to do I'll be on one of my jet boats playing. that sounds like more fun than working! Oh well, we'll see how it goes today. I've gotta get going.
Anybody who reads this pray for Pamela's Dad. Please!

Here I am in Eloy,Az. As you can see fuel prices are worse then last time I was here. http://photos1.blogger.com/img/264/2346/640/CamPic14.jpgPosted by Hello

Downtown LA. On my way through to pick up my east bound load. I picked up in Commerce,Ca. Going to Hollywood,Fl. with a stop in Ellenwood,Ga., which is just on the south side of Atlanta,Ga. I'm now in Pecos,Tx. playing on the internet via Wi-Fi. I should be in Atlanta tomorrow afternoon, so no big rush. I'm going to put up another picture or two and then I'll be on my way. New link, this one to the USS Saratoga museum. They are still trying and it looks good. Take a look. Posted by Hello

Coming off of Tehachapi, Ca. heading for Taft, Ca. and the San Joaquin Valley. Posted by Hello

Fort Sumner, NM. I've added a link to Peter W7LUS. He has a dually like mine and is moving campers and things like that. I haven't met him yet but I wanted to get this link up so any who are interested could see it. He has a webcam on his dash that is running and as it refreshes you can see him going down the road. Pretty neat. I gotta do this. Posted by Hello

Sunset on Alligator Alley

Sunset on Alligator Alley. I-75 between Miami and Naples. If the view looks a little different, its because I'm in my other truck. My driver got sick and had to quit. He has some kind of lung problem. I've been cleaning for days and I can still smell the cigarette smoke in here. Hmm, I wonder if that could be what caused the problem. Nah, couldn't be.
I'm in Jackson, Ms. now, on my way to Taft,Ca., for Tuesday morning. I'll be driving this truck for a couple of trips. I have a few things to get done on my truck and I might as well get it done while I'm between drivers. With fuel prices I'd rather just make the payment on the truck then worry about a driver's wages on top of everything else. Its getting really tight. Oh well, I can park both of these and run the dually if I have to. We'll see.
I don't have my radios up in this truck, so my link will only show where I am when I'm parked and have internet access. I may get the APRS up tomorrow if I have the time, we'll see. More tomorrow.Posted by Hello
